How to update branding settings

In the Settings, you have the option to fully customize your branding, including logos, banners, colors, icons, and other visual elements

Updated over 2 months ago

You can manage all aspects of your branding in the Admin Center Settings. This includes configuring your brand colors, uploading logos and icons, and setting up customer app banners. These elements will be used across different parts of the platform, so updating them here ensures consistency in how your brand is displayed.

To begin, navigate to the Admin Center and follow this path:

Admin Center → Settings → Customization → Branding (tab)

General

Under the General tab, you'll find all the primary branding settings, such as color schemes, icon colors, and logo type.

Primary Color

In this section, you can change the primary color. This color shows up in important parts of the app, like main buttons, links, and selected items.

Icon Colors

These settings control the colors of all icons in the Customer Portal. Icons use a gradient style with a start color and an end color, creating a two-tone look with light and dark areas.

If you want a solid color instead, you can set the start and end colors to be the same.

Logo type:

The logotype will be displayed across the management console, customer portal, invoices, and shipment labels to maintain consistent branding.

Fav icon:

The favicon appears in browser tabs as the icon for both the management console and the customer portal.

Web App

All the settings related to the customer web app can be found here.

Settings:

Is Customer Portal Sass Color Active: When enabled, this option allows the Customer Portal to use custom Sass color variables defined in your branding settings. If disabled, the default system colors will be applied instead.

Login Page (colors)

These colors apply to the right section of the login page, allowing you to create a colorful background with optional text and a background image.

Don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button after updating each section to ensure your changes are saved.

Login Page (images)

In this section, you can customize the right side of the Customer Portal's login/register page. This area appears over a colorful background and can include optional text or an image.

Native Apps

You can find all the branding settings related to the native apps (both Android and iOS) here.

Customer Apps Banners

Banners appear as slides at the top of the first page in Android and iOS customer applications when logged in. These banners can be used for advertisements, the introduction of new services, promotion codes, and so forth.

Banners can be uploaded and added without limit. If you have multiple banners, they will be automatically viewed periodically in the form of a slideshow.
