In this article, we will discuss customers and the process of registering them.
Customers are the owners of the packages that will be delivered. There are two types of customers: individuals and businesses. Individuals are self-explanatory. Businesses can encompass restaurants, online e-commerce platforms, and various other types of organizations.
Registering a new customer
1. Customer registration via the Admin Center
Customers have the option to register independently through mobile and web applications. Their phone number must undergo verification via an SMS code. If you prefer to manually register/add a customer, you can execute this action through the Admin center:
Admin Center → Customers → New(button)
You may then select the customer type you wish to create: Business or Individual.
When you register a customer manually, phone verification is conducted by default.
