In Onro some features such as service and vehicle type are zone-dependent. It is important to know the default zone of your business for these parameters. Setting the default location or default zone in the system manages some parts of the system. For instance:
The default location of the “Monitoring map” on the admin dashboard
The services that are loaded on the initial page of the customer application (Default zone services are loaded)
The default location that the map opens in the customer application
The default location that the map loads in the dispatcher panel
To access this setting, follow the path below:
Admin Center → Settings → General → Default Zone
In this section, you can select a default zone from the zones you have previously created in the admin dashboard.
For instance, if you designate New York as the default zone, the map in the customer application, dispatcher panel, and web app will open in New York by default.
