Updated this week

You can have different pricing models in Onro for your services, such as:

  1. Flat rate (per customer/per service)

  2. Distance-based (per km/mile)

  3. Duration-based

  4. Base fare + Distance

  5. Zone-based

In this article, we will explain the zone-based pricing method. If you wish to implement this pricing model, it will fulfill your needs.

Origin Zone / Destination Zone

Zone A

Zone B

Zone A

$15

$10

Zone B

$18

$18

In general, there are two steps involved:

  1. Creating Zones

  2. Defining Pricing Fares

Creating Zones

To begin, you need to create zones. To do this, navigate to the following path:

Admin Center → Pricing → Zone Base → Zones → New Records

After creating the zones, the next step is to define pricing fares.

Defining Pricing Fares

Now, it's time to establish prices between zones. To do so, navigate to the following path:

Admin Center → Pricing → Zone Base → Pricing Fare → New Records

In the following example, you can see that for on-demand orders and selected services and vehicle types, $10 is configured from the "London NW10" zone to "London NW16".

The following example shows the configuration when the pickup and dropoff are in the same zone.
