How to set a customer's minimum balance

Adjust the minimum balance for customers, allowing them to place orders even with a negative balance via the Admin Center.

Customers can pay the order fee using cash, wallet, card, or receiver cash. When selecting the wallet option, they must ensure they have a sufficient balance to place the order.

By default, all customers start with a balance of 0. However, in certain cases, you might want to grant them the ability to place orders even with a negative balance.

In such instances, a field called “minimum balance” can be adjusted for each customer through the Admin dashboard. To modify the minimum balance, please check the following path.

Admin Center → Customers → Customer Info → Edit

Once you have set the minimum balance, remember to save the changes.
