You may want to hide certain services from specific customers or offer particular services exclusively to certain customers. There is a setting that allows you to manage this.
Please note that this filter will not be applied on the dispatcher panel. Any service can be configured for any customer.
In the settings of the services in the admin dashboard, the accessibility of the services can be managed by navigating to the path below.
Admin Center → Services → New record / Edit → Configuration
Customer type
This section defines which type(s) of customers, this particular service is active for.
For example, in the screenshot above, both customer types (Business and Individual) can view this service in the apps and select it when creating an order.
Include customer
This section defines the customers you want this particular service to be active for.
For example, in the screenshot below, this service is active for only two customers; John Martin and Casian Restaurant.
If you want all your customers to access this service, select “All” in the input.
When you include customers, it means that this service is shown exclusively to those customers, while excluding others by default.
Exclude customer
This section defines the customers you want this particular service not to be active for.
For example, in the screenshot below, one of the customers is excluded from seeing this service in their applications.
If you want all your customers to access this service, leave this box empty.
