How to disable/enable a vehicle type

Enable or disable vehicle types in the admin center to control availability in customer apps for assigned services.

The vehicle types you have in your system can be disabled/enabled through the admin dashboard based on your company's needs.

To do so, follow the path below in the admin center:

Admin Center → Vehicle types → Action → Configuration tab → Is active

By enabling this field, this particular vehicle type will appear in the customer applications and panels. If this field is disabled, your customers/dispatchers can't see and select this type of vehicle when creating an order and your drivers that have only that vehicle type won’t be active either.
