There is a possibility in the software that the driver can take a photo at the pickup step. This photo is taken when the driver picks up a package to deliver it to the drop-off. It can be used to provide more documentation for orders.
To access this setting, navigate to the admin center:
Admin Center → Services → New record / Actions → Service setting → Service photo → Enable driver photo
Enable 'Is driver photo required' to compel the driver to take a picture at the pickup point.
When you enable this setting, the driver will see this feature as shown below at the pickup point.
