How to enable/require proof of pickup for a service

Learn to enable Proof of Pickup (POP) for a specific service by configuring its delivery method in the Admin Center.

You can enable and require your drivers to submit a Proof of Pickup when collecting a package. This typically involves uploading a photo or providing a signature through the Driver App, ensuring accountability and confirming that the package has been successfully picked up.


To enable and require Proof of Pickup (POP) for a specific service, configure the delivery method assigned to that service by following the path below:

Admin Center -> Services -> Delivery methods (tab) 

Select the delivery method associated with your service, then click the Actions button and choose Edit.

If you haven’t created a delivery method for your service yet, you can add one. To learn how to create a new delivery method, read this article.

On the page that opens, find the Proof of Pickup/Delivery section and check the box labeled Proof of Pickup.
