How to scan orders at the pickup by the driver app

In the P&D order type, when a driver arrives at the pickup location on their route, they can either manually pick up the order or scan its barcode.

Here’s how to scan the order for pickup:

  1. In the route details, the driver clicks on the scan icon and then the "Bulk pickup" button.

  2. The camera will open, allowing the driver to scan the barcode on the parcel.

  3. The driver will see the number and list of the scanned packages on the screen.

  4. After scanning, the driver clicks "Done" to return to the route.

This process automatically updates the order’s status to “Picked Up,” indicating that the driver has picked up the order. They can now continue to the next stop.
