The dispatch threshold mechanism of scheduled orders
Updated this week

There is a mechanism for scheduled orders which is called “Dispatch threshold.” Dispatch threshold refers to the amount of time the dispatch algorithm should start its process before the due time of the scheduled order.

In the example above this amount is set to 30 minutes which means if the scheduled order due time is today at 4:00 pm, the dispatch algorithm will start to search for drivers and offer this order to them at 3:30 pm (30 minutes before the due time.)

This works if the assignment model of the service is set to auto, not manual.
