If you need to manage dispatchers with multiple users, you'll need to create multiple dispatcher accounts.
To create a new dispatcher user, follow the instructions in our other article.
Now, to manage different groups of drivers with different dispatcher users (and separately), access the Admin Center and navigate to the tab mentioned here:
Users & Groups → Users → New Record
You can create a new dispatcher user and assign them to a specific team by selecting the desired team from the "Teams" box. This allows the dispatcher to manage a distinct group of drivers (based on that team’s service types and zones) and their orders on the dispatcher panel.
