For on-demand orders, drivers have a limited time to accept or reject the order offered to them in the Driver App. If no action is taken within this timeframe, the system will automatically decline the order and offer it to another available driver to ensure timely service and reduce delays.
To configure this setting, follow the path below:
Admin Center -> Settings-> Dispatching (tab) -> order (section)
Enter your desired response time (in seconds) in the On-demand driver notifies timer (order timer in for you) - sec field and save the changes.
Now, your drivers will have the specified timeframe to accept or reject an offered order in the "For You" tab of the Driver App.
