How to set communications for the management console user (Admin or Dispatcher)

You can set up notifications for your team members (Management Console users) via SMS or Email to keep them informed about important events. For example, notifications can be sent when an order is successfully delivered or when a new support request is received. This helps ensure that the right people are promptly updated, improving communication and response times. You can customize which events trigger notifications and who receives them to fit your team’s needs.

To configure this, follow the steps below:

Admin Center -> Communications -> SMS or Email (tab) 

Depending on your preference, choose either the Email or SMS tab to create a new notification, then click the New button at the top right corner of the page.

The settings are mostly the same as other notifications, except for the Recipient field. The important part of this setting is selecting Custom in the Recipient field, then entering the email address or phone number of the Management Console user whom you want to notify.
