How to manage chat quick messages

Manage quick messages for faster customer-driver communication. Add, edit, and prioritize messages in the Admin dashboard.

In this article, we discuss how to manage chat quick messages.

Chat short/quick messages enable faster communication between the customer and the driver. To send a message, you can click on one of the pre-made messages.

The list of quick messages in the customer and driver applications can be viewed in the photos below, for example:

It is usually ideal to provide users with pre-made messages for the most frequently used scenarios.

This section can independently manage quick and ready-made messages for both customers and drivers.

The deletable list is displayed in the table below in the admin center:

Add a Quick Message

To create a new message, select 'New Record' and fill in the fields below in the window that appears.

Settings β†’ Chat Quick Messages β†’ New Record

Text: Ready-to-send text message.

For: You can select whether this message is intended for customers or drivers in this field.

Priority: This represents the order in which messages are shown. The higher the importance, the smaller the number.

Language: If the software supports multiple languages, you can use this option to specify the language in which this message is defined.
