Learn to track your SMS, notifications, emails & webhooks, check the delivery status & identify any issues that prevent them from being sent

Updated this week

Sometimes, when you create a communication, such as a notification or automated message, it may not reach the intended recipient. Even if everything seems to be set up correctly, messages can still fail to send. The good news is that our system provides logs that can help you understand what went wrong.

In this article, you'll learn how to track your messages, check their delivery status, and identify any issues that may be preventing them from being sent.

To check the logs, follow the path below:

Admin Center -> Communications

At the top of the page, you'll see a Logs button. Click on it to continue.

On the Logs page, you can view all logs related to sent communications. The Is SUCCESSFUL column indicates whether the communication was sent successfully or not.

If you're not familiar with how communications work, please refer to this article.

You can also filter the logs by service type (SMS, Email, Webhook, or Push Notification), recipient, and date range.

By clicking the info button on each log entry, you can view the request sent by our software, the response received, and any associated errors if they occurred.
