How should my customers request a withdrawal?

Learn how customers can request a withdrawal using the customer app and customer web portal.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Customers may occasionally need to request a refund, payback, or account adjustment. This guide explains the steps to submit a withdrawal request properly, helping ensure fast and hassle-free processing.

Clients can only request a withdrawal if this option is enabled for them. See this article to learn how to activate it.

Providing Bank Account Information

Customers must enter their bank account information before requesting a withdrawal so the company knows where to transfer the funds.

In the customer app, go to the Profile tab and select Settings. There, they will see the Bank Account option, where they can enter and save their bank account information.

The process is similar in the customer web portal. Instead of the Profile tab, they can use the left menu to go to Settings → Bank Account.

The Billing Email option in the menu is where customers can provide an email address to receive notifications about their withdrawal requests.

Requesting Withdrawal

Customers can request a withdrawal in the app by visiting the Profile tab and selecting the Withdraw option.

Here, customers can enter the amount they want to withdraw and add a note before submitting their request.

The process is similar in the customer web portal. Instead of the Profile tab, they can use the left menu to go to Withdraw→ Click on the Request withdraw button.

Customers can check the status of their withdrawal requests anytime in the Withdrawal List.

Keep in mind that a withdrawal setting should be assigned to your client's account so the withdrawal request and bank account tabs are enabled.
