How to enable my customers to request a withdrawal

Learn how you can turn on the withdrawal option for your business customers.

You can enable your customers to request withdrawals, which helps speed up payments and keeps account management organized. In this article, we’ll show you how to turn on this feature so your customers can easily submit their withdrawal requests.

Creating Customer Withdrawal Setting

The first step is to create a customer withdrawal setting. To do this, follow the path below:

Admin Center -> Settings -> Invoicing & Finance -> Customer withdraw

Here you can see the list of withdrawal settings you have created and manage them by editing or deleting. To create a new withdrawal setting, click the New button at the top right corner.

In the opened window, provide the following information:


Name: Give a name to this withdrawal setting so you can recognize it easily.
Example: “Standard Withdrawal”.

Description: Write a short note explaining this setting or any rules customers should know.
Example: “For regular withdrawals, processed within 2 business days”.

Withdraw transaction fee: The fee charged for each withdrawal.
Example: “$1 per withdrawal”

Withdraw threshold: The minimum amount a customer must have before they can request a withdrawal.
Example: “Customers must have at least $50 in their wallets.”

Click on Submit.

How to Assign a Withdrawal Setting to a Customer

Now that you have created a withdrawal setting, you can assign it to your customers. To do so, follow the path below:

Admin Center -> Customers -> Find the customer and click on Details button

On the customer’s details page, scroll down to the Withdrawal section. In the top-right corner of that section, click the Edit button.

In the settings field, select the withdrawal setting you want to assign and click Submit to save the changes.

How to Set a Default Withdrawal Setting for New Customers

You can choose a default withdrawal setting that will automatically be assigned to any new customer when they register.

Admin Center -> Settings -> General -> Project Settings

In the Default Customer Withdrawal section, select the setting you want to use as the default and click the Save Changes button.

After completing these steps, the withdrawal option will appear in the customer app, allowing them to submit withdrawal requests.
