In the P&D order type, sometimes the driver of a route needs to be changed.

Since the “Unassigned” route status doesn’t require a driver, changing the route driver is only available for routes with the “Assigned,” “Started,” and “Done” statuses.

This process is handled through the Management Console:

Dispatcher → P_Hub_D → Routes tab → Select a route → Edit status & driver

In the opened window, the current driver of the route can be omitted and a new driver can be assigned to it.

After changing the route’s driver, all transactions of the completed orders will be automatically transferred to the new driver.

If, during the process of changing a route’s driver, at least one order cannot be updated, the entire process will fail.
