As a business, you need to monitor what is happening with orders in real time. You must receive updates for each order, gain an overview of the operation's current status, and, most importantly, identify orders that require attention, such as delayed orders.
The monitoring of orders is carried out by the dispatcher. Orders are categorized into different groups within the dispatcher. You can expand or collapse a category to view the list of orders.
For each order type, the categories differ, but some common categories exist.

Pinned: You can right-click on an order to pin or unpin it.
Delayed: Orders that are delayed will be automatically displayed in this category.
Canceled: Orders canceled by the customer, driver, or support are shown in this category.
Done: Completed orders will be listed here.
On-Demand - Pickup Only - Delivery Only
Dispatch later: Orders scheduled for future dispatch.
Dispatching: Orders are currently in the process of being dispatched.
In progress: Orders that are currently being carried out by a driver.
Unassigned: Orders that have not been dispatched or assigned to a driver.
