When it comes to auto-dispatching orders, there are situations where there aren't enough drivers available to handle the orders, resulting in orders waiting to be dispatched (Queue). In such cases, you may need to prioritize an order by moving it to the front of the dispatch queue. The solution for this scenario is to mark an order as urgent.
To do this, navigate to the Dispatcher panel for each order. Afterward, you will notice an icon indicating that this order has been marked as urgent. You can refer to the screenshot below for a visual representation:
Furthermore, the urgent icon is also displayed in the order details, as shown in the following screenshot.
