This article will demonstrate how to configure the system for your employees (drivers).
If your drivers are internal and receive a fixed salary or wages, regardless of the number of deliveries or commissions, you should create a working type with the earning model set to "Manual" and a default value of zero.
Additionally, you should hide the earnings and wallet features in the driver app.
For creating/editing working types, navigate to the following path in the Admin center.
Admin Center → Accounting → Working Types → New record/edit
Below, you can find an example of a configuration of a working type for internal drivers.
With this setup, drivers won't see their wallets or receive any earnings.
In the case that you offer cash payment through a cash-on-delivery service, it might be necessary to display the price and keep the wallet enabled. This approach allows for the tracking of cash and proper settlement with the drivers.
Onro also supports freelance (contractor) drivers. To accommodate this, you should create a distinct working type and assign it to the applicable drivers.
