Drivers in Onro can have two types of income. One of them is a commission of each order which varies from order to order. The other earning model is called manual in which we set a default value and the driver would earn that amount after completing each order.
To set this type of earning model for your drivers, navigate to the admin center and follow the rest:
Check the driver’s working type:
Admin Center → Drivers → List → Select the driver → Edit → Basic information → Working type
Since multiple working types can be created in the system, check which working type is assigned to your driver so you know which one you have to edit in the next step.
As shown in the screenshot above, you have to edit the “Agency team” working type since this one is assigned to the selected driver. This process is explained in the next step.
2. Manage the earning value of the driver’s working type:
Admin Center → Accounting → Working type → New record / Action
In the opened window, set the “Earning model” to “Manual” and in the “Default earning” box enter a value that you want to be the driver’s earning for each order.
For instance, in the screenshot below, we set $10 as the default earning for drivers of this working type.
