In this article, we discuss how to change the driver offering time to accept or reject an order. This means how to set the time within which a driver can accept or reject an order.
To do so follow the path below:
Admin Dashboard → Settings → Orders → On-demand driver notifies timer (order timer in for you) - sec
This parameter declares the duration for which a new order will be displayed on the "For You" tab within the driver app.
For instance, if we set this value to 30 seconds, the driver will be given 30 seconds to accept the order. If the driver does not respond within this time, the order will be marked as rejected and consequently removed from the list.
