Shipment Labels for Orders

Learn how to access, customize, and manage shipment labels, including order details, customer info, and pickup/dropoff addresses.

Every order in ONRO has a shipment label. The shipment label is made in a 2x3-inch size and includes information that may be needed during the delivery process.

Shipment label parts

  • Order info:

    • Order type

    • Service type

    • Options

    • Creation date and time

    • Order number

  • Barcode:

    • You can claim the info the barcode includes. It can be the order number or the reference ID.

  • Customer info:

    • Name and phone number

  • Pickup info:

    • Zone

    • Address

    • Sender name and phone number

    • Schedule date and time (If the order pickup isn’t scheduled, this field won’t be shown)

  • Dropoff info:

    • Zone

    • Address

    • Receiver's name and phone number

    • Schedule date and time (If the order dropoff isn’t scheduled, this field won’t be shown)

  • COD

Shipment label settings

You can customize the information shown on the shipment label to fit your needs. To access these settings, navigate to:

Admin Center → Settings tab → Shipment label (Barcode)

This tab allows you to modify the shipment label settings as desired.

You can set the barcode data key to display the Order Code or Reference ID, depending on your preference.

Accessing the shipment label

Management console

There are several ways for management console users to access shipment labels:

  1. Admin center -> Orders tab

One way to access the shipment label is through the orders tab:

Admin Center -> Orders tab → Select an order -> click on info button

In the Order Details page, click the ... button (located next to the pencil icon). From the dropdown, select Shipment Label to download and view the label.

2. Dispatcher panel- Orders tab (P_HUB_D)

For P&D orders, follow the steps below to view and download the shipment label:

Dipatcher panel -> P_HUB_D (menu in the sidebar) -> orders

Select the desired orders by checking the box next to each one (bulk selection is supported), then click Shipment Label at the top to download the labels for those orders.

3. Customer Web App:

You can download shipment labels for both on-demand and P_Hub_D orders from the customer web app.

On-Demand orders:

To download a shipment label for on-demand orders, go to the 'On Demand' tab, click on the desired order, and then click the 'Shipment Label' button at the top of the page.

P_Hub_D orders:

To download a shipment label for P_Hub_D orders, click on the 'P_Hub_D' tab, Select the desired orders by checking the box next to each one (bulk selection is supported), then click Shipment Label at the top to download the labels for those orders.

4. Driver apps

Drivers can view and download the shipment label directly from the order details within the app.

5. Customer apps

Customers can access and download the shipment label through the order detail list on the mobile or web app.
