How to complete a route
Updated this week

Completing routes means changing the route status to “Done.” In ONRO, there are two ways to achieve this: the driver can do it through the app, or the dispatcher user can handle it through the management console.

1. Driver Application

Drivers complete pickup and delivery orders along their routes to finish their jobs. Completing all orders in a route requires the driver to confirm the condition of each order's pickup or delivery, indicating whether it was successful or failed. After submitting all orders, the "Complete route" button will appear on the route details screen, allowing the driver to finalize (complete) the route.

After completing the route, a report will be shown with the number of successful and failed pickups and deliveries.

Drivers also have the option to complete routes before completing all orders one by one in the following path:

Route details → Three-dot button → Complete route

2. Management Console

Another way of completing a route is through the management console and by the admin.

Dispatcher → Routes Tab → Select a Route → Edit Route

You can change the route status to “Done”, in the opened window and submit to complete the route.
