In the P&D order type in ONRO, all orders are added to routes to be completed. Sometimes an order should be deleted or removed from a route.

If you want to delete an order from a route, follow these steps:

Dispatcher → Orders tab → Select the order → Edit status

To delete an order from a route, the order status needs to be changed to one of the statuses that don’t put the order in any routes. In the opened window, you can select the order status.

These are the statuses that don’t require a route for the order and can be selected so the order is removed from its current route:

  • Draft

  • Confirmed

  • At Warehouse

  • For Return

  • Returned

  • Customer Canceled

  • Support Canceled

  • Lost
