How to change an order's route

Discover how to update an order’s route, choose the appropriate status, and assign it to a new or existing route via the Dispatcher panel.

In the P&D order type, all orders are added to routes to be completed. Sometimes, the route of an order needs to be changed, or an incorrect order is added to a route by mistake.

If you need to change an order’s route, follow these steps:

Dispatcher → Orders tab → Select the order → Edit status

In the opened window, you can select one of the statuses for the order that requires a route. After selecting the status, you can choose another route for the order or even create a new route and assign it to your order.
