In Onro, a driver cannot go online and work unless their authorization is verified through the admin center.
If the driver has been registered through the admin dashboard, they are already authorized. However, if they signed up through the mobile application, the admin dashboard user needs to review their information and authorize their account.
The concept of a driver being blocked in the system relates to authorization. You can follow this path to do so:
Admin center → Drivers → List → Select a driver → Edit → Authorization tab → Is registration verified
By disabling the “Is registration verified” field, the driver won’t be able to see orders and continue their job properly.
