Drivers in Onro can have two types of income. One of them is manual, in which we set a default value, and the driver earns that amount after completing each order. The other earning model is based on a commission for each order which varies from order to order.
In the second earning model, we set a commission for the company that would be the earnings from each order for your company.
To set this type of earning model for drivers navigate to the admin center and follow the rest:
Admin Center → Drivers → Working type → New record / Action
In the opened window, set the “Earning model” to “Commission” and enter a number between 0 and 1 as the “Commission coefficient.” This value represents the company’s income from each order of this working type.
For instance, in the screenshot below, this value is set to 0.2, meaning 20% of each order is the company’s income.
You should assign this working type to drivers that you work with them commission-based. Like freelancers or contractors.
