When an order is dispatched (offered) to multiple drivers, you can access the list of drivers. To do this, navigate to the order details and review the list of driver offerings.
Currently, this order is being offered to one driver.
This list updates in real-time as soon as a driver rejects or confirms the order.
You can also reject/confirm an order for a driver through the dispatcher.
Dispatching history
In this list, you can see the drivers who have been chosen previously. If the order status is not “Pending”, you can see the drivers that were selected for this order by checking events. Click on the “Events” button.
