Using tags, you can filter, sort, and adjust the availability of specific services, vehicle types, or pricing settings for particular customers or even filter drivers. This guide will show you how to do that.
First, you’ll need to have some tags. If you haven’t created any yet, please refer to this guide to learn how.
Adding and Removing Tags for Customers
Once you create a tag, you can add it to your customers. This helps you categorize them and use the tag for filtering services, vehicle types, and pricing for those customers.
To assign a tag, follow this path:
Admin Center -> Customers -> Customer Details -> Edit (button)
In the Tags section, you can select tags from the list to assign new tags.
To remove a tag from the customer, click the X button next to it.
Finally, click Submit to save the changes.
In the Customers table, there is a tag filter that allows you to view only customers assigned to a specific tag. This makes it easier to manage and organize your customer list.
Adding and Removing Tags for Drivers
A tag can be added to a driver and is used in the driver list for filtering and searching. This helps you to find and manage drivers based on their assigned tags quickly. The tags will also appear in the export file you download from the drivers list.
To assign a tag, follow this path:
Admin Center -> Drivers-> Driver Details -> Edit (button)
The process of assigning and unassigning tags, as well as filtering drivers by tag, works the same way as it does for customers, which we covered in the previous section.
