A Zone is a geographical area where your services are operational. You can have a single zone or divide your region into multiple parts. This division enables you to manage your services and business within distinct operational areas separately or altogether.

Now it's time to set up your vehicle types. This lets the system know what kinds of vehicles you use so it can assign orders and calculate prices correctly.

☑️Step 6: Configure Your Pricing & Rates
It’s time to set up your pricing! You can define different pricing models in the system based on your strategy. You can use all of them, combine them, or use only some of them, such as:
📌Flat Rate Pricing – can be applied per vehicle type and per service.
📌Set pricing for your vehicle type and service options
📌Distance-based (per km/mile) and Duration-based - can be applied per vehicle type and per service
📌If your pricing structure is zone-based, you can set up fares specific to each zone.
📌Set up surcharges for your services.
📌Set up fares for each additional drop-off in multi-drop-off orders.
📌Set different pricing for special days, peak hours, or certain customers

☑️Step 7: Integrations
To enable the payment gateway, SMS gateway, Email service, etc, in the system, you need to set up the proper integrations in the settings and select from the available options by going to Admin Center -> Settings -> Integration.
Map integration is set up by default, so no action is needed on your part.
Only one option can be active for each integration at a time.
The three most important integrations to start with are:
1. Payment gateway:
To allow your customers to pay via credit card or wallet, you need to integrate a payment gateway.
