Your users can communicate with one another without disclosing their actual phone numbers thanks to call masking.
This feature, which is made possible by an integration, uses a temporary virtual number to conceal the callers' actual phone numbers. This guarantees your customers' and drivers' safety to advance further.
You can make secure calls in Onro by hiding the calls between:
Business/Individual customers
Drivers
Pickup/Dropoff contact
To start using this possibility, you need to enable Twilio integration in the Admin Center in the path below:
Settings → Integrations section → Call Masking → Twilio
In the opened form, you need to fill in the required data from your Twilio account:
Account SID: log in to your Twilio account and get the account SID from the dashboard.
Auth Token: Your Auth token is also in the Twilio dashboard under the Account SID.
Service SID: Find it in your Twilio Console → Verify → Services. Copy-paste it from there in the Admin Center.
TTL Minutes: The time duration (in minutes) that the call masking session ends.
Services: Select the services you want to enable call masking for. Check "All" mark to activate it for all of your services.
