Proof of pickup and delivery settings are located within the Delivery Method settings. Each service is linked to a specific delivery method, so to enable this feature for a service, you need to locate the relevant delivery method by following this path:
Admin Center → Settings → Operation Setup → Delivery Methods → Actions → Edit / New
In the delivery method window, scroll down to find Proof of Pickup/Delivery Settings.
Enable POP/POD
By enabling this option, drivers gain access to submit Proof of Pickup (POP) or Proof of Delivery (POD). They can optionally include a note, signature, photo, or barcode scan, but none of these would be mandatory, meaning they can just skip it and don't submit anything.
To make any of these options mandatory, you can check the “Required” box next to the relevant option and make sure to save your changes. Once enabled, drivers will be required to complete that specific step.
