Service Settings Changes

In our recent update on the delivery method and service point, some of the service settings have been moved to the delivery method configuration.

Previously, the following settings were configured individually at the service level:

  • POP (Proof of Pickup)

    • Is Photo required

    • Is Signature required

    • Is Note required

    • Is Barcode scan required

  • POD (Proof of Delivery)

    • Is Photo required

    • Is Signature required

    • Is Note required

    • Is Barcode scan required

  • Payment Methods

    • Is cash by sender active

    • Enable receiver cash

  • COD (Cash on Delivery)

    • Max COD amount

  • Pickup Address Details

    • Full name active

      • Full name required

    • Email active

      • Email required

    • Phone number active

      • Phone number required

    • Block/Floor/Room Active

  • Scheduling Options and Settings

    • Enable dropoff scheduling

    • Enable pickup now

    • Schedule date range

    • Schedule date step

    • Customer cancellation time

    • Driver cancellation time

    • Customer min balance

    • Guidelines

These settings have now been relocated to the Delivery Method Settings section.

Now, when you assign a delivery method to the service, the configured settings in the delivery method section will be applied to this service and its orders.

If a service has multiple delivery methods, the settings from the delivery method selected at the time of order creation will be applied to that order.
