Integrating with Monday CRM allows you to automatically sync your customers (both individuals and businesses) from Onro into Monday. Once the integration is enabled, any new or updated customer in the platform will be sent to monday.com in real time, removing the need for manual data entry and helping you keep your records up to date.
This is a one-way integration (Onro → monday.com), meaning data is only synced from Onro to Monday, not the other way around.
What gets synced
Each synced record includes a unique “Onro ID” reference, which is used to keep data consistent between systems and prevent duplicate entries.
Individuals
Individual customers get synced as Contact records, with their name, email, and phone number data included.
Businesses
Business customers are synced as Account records, including the company name and address, with a linked Contact created for the contact person.
How records are matched and updated
When a customer is synced, the system first checks if a matching record already exists using the unique reference ID, email, or phone number. If a match is found, the existing record is updated; otherwise, a new record is created.
Existing phone numbers are kept unchanged.
Where data is stored in Monday
If your monday.com account already uses the monday CRM Contacts and Accounts boards, records get synced directly into them.
If you don't have those boards, we automatically create Onro Contacts and Onro Accounts boards for you to store the records in them.
Contacts and Accounts are automatically linked so you can easily navigate between a company and its contact.
