Route optimization mechanism
Route optimization mechanism
Updated this week

A crucial feature of the P&D order type in ONRO is route optimization. This mechanism determines the arrangement of orders on a route.

This is how we create a route.

When orders are added to the route, the system dynamically rearranges them to create the most efficient route, offering the shortest path for the driver based on the starting and ending locations.

Additionally, route optimization allows you to manually edit and rearrange orders on a route after the initial optimization.

To do this, navigate to the management console:

Management console β†’ P_Hub_D tab β†’ Routes tab β†’ Select a route β†’ Reorder stops

You can select "Reorder stops" from the three-dot menu on the route details page to edit any stops. After saving your changes, they will be applied to the route.
