How to Update an On-Demand Order Status

Guide on manually updating the status of on-demand orders through the Dispatcher Panel.

Sometimes you may need to update an order’s status manually. This can happen if a dispatcher needs to manually change it in the system for any reason.

In this guide, you will learn how to manually update the status of an on-demand order from the dispatcher panel.

Update the order's status

To do this, navigate to the Dispatcher Panel. There, you will see the list of orders categorized by their status. Find the order and click on it to open the order details.

You can also go to Admin Center → Orders tab, search for the order using its code, and click the Info button to open the order details in the Dispatcher.


On the Order Details page, you’ll see a pencil icon at the top. Click it, then choose Status & Driver to proceed.

A window will open where you can update the order’s status by selecting the desired option. You can also reassign the order to a different driver or adjust the dispatching time from the same window.

Note that the Dispatch time can only be modified when the order is in Pending status and in Auto dispatch mode.

After selecting the order's status, click on the Save Changes button to apply the new status change.
